Victorian Modified 10k Gold Garnet Ring

There are no markings on the ring but it has been inspected by a jeweler to determine gold content and purity.

Each garnet is 3.7 mm in diameter. 
Weight is .73 grams. 

Originally this ring had additional elements above and below it that have been cut off. When they were removed a portion of the bezel on each side was sheered off as well (pictured). The stones seem to be firmly in place and it does not stand out when worn.
