This vintage original oil painting on canvas depicts a serene landscape with a solitary barn somewhere in the Midwest.   The leafless trees and yellowing grass suggests it is autumn.  It is framed in a green frame enhancing the red brown details in the barn and tree.  It is signed Hammer and dated 1978 on the back

Framed it is 18.5” x 22.5” x 1.5” thick

It is good vintage condition with a few nicks and scratches on the frame.  There is some crazing in the painting.
