Set of 4 Large Fritz Willis Illustrations - Printed Lithographs on Heavy Weight Art Paper

Fritz Willis (1907-1979) was known as one of the great pinup artists. This is a set of 4 lithographs of his illustrations that are printed on heavy weight art paper. These illustrations are called the “Blackout Series”. The blackout during WW2 was the practice of reducing all lights in a city so the enemy would not be able to see their target against the city lights.

Each print measures 12.5” x 17”. The images measure 12” x 8”.

The lithographs are in great vintage condition. One illustration has slight discoloration on the background of the image. There are areas of slight discoloration on the paper surrounding the image.
